Despite plenty of standard highway and tollway protocol -- mainly oversized "do not enter" and "wrong way" signs -- the crashes continue to happen.

now any one.. who do not know how to read a sign "Do Not Enter" or "Wrong Way" just might get a painful reaction.. learn to read people and avoid a painful day or worst .. IDOT try to prevent..
