The 17 minutes of grainy, handheld footage, filmed from an NYPD helicopter, offer a variety of perspectives of the Twin Towers. Perhaps the most haunting moment comes around the 4-minute mark when the South Tower collapses, enveloping the surrounding area in a cloud of debris.
